Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary
• This role is responsible for selling the organization’s offerings by identifying leads and guiding them through the entire sales process. The role prepares sales presentations, addresses clients’ concerns, and tailors solutions accordingly. The role stays updated on industry trends and contributes to the organization’s success by achieving and/or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities
• Engages in selling products and services, initiates outreach, and completes lead follow-up under the guidance of management while achieving sales targets, maintaining the sales pipeline, and accurate sales reporting.
• Develops a strong understanding of the products or services offered by the organization; articulates the value proposition and benefits to prospects.
• Addresses objections and concerns raised by prospects, using persuasive communication to alleviate doubts and move the sales process forward.
• Adapts product offerings to match specific customer needs and requirements, demonstrating the ability to create tailored solutions.
• Prepares and delivers compelling presentations that effectively communicate the features and benefits of the products or services to potential customers.
• Cultivates strong relationships with potential customers to establish trust and rapport, fostering a positive and lasting impression.
• Identifies and targets potential leads using various sources; qualifies leads based on specific criteria to determine their suitability as potential customers.
• Provides accurate quotes and pricing information to prospects while maintaining profitability for the organization.
• Stays updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to engage in informed conversations with prospects.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with prospects, colleagues, and management, ensuring accurate information flow.

Education & Experience Recommended
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales, or a related field.
