Inside Sales Representative
Job Description Insight Global is seeking to hire a Inside Sales Representative for one of their clients in the manufacturing industry. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and growing high-volume, repeatable business across all four core silos: Surface Engineering (Coating), RCR/AMP (Mechanical Rebuilds), RV (Wheels), and Resell (Parts). This role serves as the primary internal sales contact, responsible for accurate and timely quoting, order fulfillment coordination, and proactive client communication. This position is essential to protecting Outside Sales bandwidth, ensuring CRM discipline, and elevating the customer experience. thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is an onsite role in Fairburn, GA. Responsibilities include:  - Oversee the end-to-end quoting process for standard and repeatable business  - Maintain full compliance by accurately logging all customer interactions, quotes, and opportunity updates in the CRM in real time.  - Qualify inbound leads and update CRM records with sales stages, next steps, and estimated close dates to ensure accurate backlog forecasting.  - Execute the two-step verification process for RCR/AMP quotes, collaborating with technical experts to confirm accuracy prior to release.  - Act as the primary point of contact for routine customer inquiries, including order status, lead times, and basic technical questions.  - Conduct proactive audits of open orders in the ERP system to identify and resolve issues (e.g., incorrect ship-to address, pricing discrepancies, material availability) before they impact client satisfaction or cause delays.  - Partner with Operations, Production Control, and Shipping teams to align purchased parts, inventory, and production milestones with customer expectations.  - Prepare and deliver Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) summaries for standard quotes to reinforce value proposition against low-cost competitors.  - Support Outside Sales in creating SBAR (Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation) documents for complex, high-value projects requiring cross-functional and executive approval.  - Handle sales reporting, meeting preparation, and distribution of materials as directed by the Sales Team Lead.
