Responsibilities Responsible for Outbound Sales Cold Calls to secure referral sources for new clinic opening in various marketsCreate brand awareness through effective communication about brand services and competitive advantage pointsConduct follow-up sales calls to drive ongoing referrals and brand recognition by specific marketsDrive business / referrals to local market through consultative sales processSet up sales appointments for agency staff to connect face to faceExecute mailer and email blast campaigns as directedSupport Rehab Without Walls leadership on other sales initiatives as directedSupport Contracting team by completing and verifying credentialing requirementsCommunicate contracting needs based on market needSome travel required for de Novo sales blitzCommunicate effectively with agency and leadership staff on sales needs and sales outcomes Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or a related field is required1-2 year's experience in business development or sales 2-4 years experience in management  About our Line of Business Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.
