Inside Sales Representative
Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Job Description The Inside Sales Administrator will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the company's product portfolio through dedicated remote engagement. This role requires a highly motivated and disciplined professional capable of managing significant outbound activity and leveraging diverse digital platforms for strategic prospecting and customer engagement. Responsibilities + Initiate daily outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to articulate product and service offerings and effectively qualify leads. + Execute strategic follow-up calls with prospective and existing clients to thoroughly assess customer needs and identify opportunities. + Consistently achieve a weekly target of at least 15 qualified appointments booked with potential customers. + Leverage LinkedIn, AI-based software, and online tools for targeted research and identification of new business opportunities within the dynamic medical device industry. + Customize sales collateral and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of products during remote interactions. + Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and promotional initiatives. + Maintain meticulous and current records within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Epicor) to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting. + Implement targeted email marketing campaigns and sequences to secure appointments and cultivate strong consideration for products. + Actively manage a sales pipeline with a value consistently exceeding the monthly quota. + Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal departments, including Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Senior Management, to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 2-4 years of professional inside sales experience + Experience in medical device, pharma, hospital, or clinic preferred + Proficiency in outbound calls + Experience in order processing + Lead generation skills Work Environment This position is based in a medical device company specializing in single-use surgical products, instruments, and custom procedural kits for hospitals and healthcare product manufacturers. The core offerings include custom procedural trays, sterile single-use surgical instruments, instrument protection systems, scopes and connectors, and contract manufacturing services. The target customers include hospitals, sterile processing departments, operating rooms, and healthcare product manufacturers. The role reports directly to the Director of Sales in a brand new department, with the opportunity for growth into a Territory Sales Manager focused on outside sales. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based in Placentia, California. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr. Medical, vision & dental. 401 K + match. Do have a commission package they are working on - higher commission for new deals, lower commission for repeat customers or expansions Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Placentia,CA.
