The Inside Sales Representative reports to the National Sales Manager and supports the efforts of the national sales team by processing quotes and other requests from customers in a timely and accurate manner. This individual acts as the primary point of contact for a small group of minor customers and may be expected to cold call certain prospective and existing customers to generate sales.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work cross functionally as needed with field sales to support and follow through on new opportunities or leads.Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, process orders and follow-up to assure timely and complete shipmentsRespond to customer request for quotations including converting project dimension to product quantitiesFill out or assist with customer required forms for company details (quality, regulatory other)Track monthly, quarterly & yearly revenuesSchedule quarterly reviews with top customersMaintain and grow existing customer relationships and through regular contact and timely follow-upOutbound calling to current and prospective customers to build sales pipeline and close new businessProvide assistance to customers and work in concert with and be supportive of Sales, Operations, and Logistics personnel in order to provide our customers with an excellent experienceAssist when needed with sales and marketing requestsAdditional duties as assignedQualifications:
At least 2 – 3 years inside sales or customer service experience, preferably in construction or manufacturingBachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferredExceptional oral and written communication skills with ability to convey information clearly in both one-on-one and group settingsProven ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in customer communications and data entryProficient in MS Office SuiteKnowledge of business-to-business sales processes and good financial & business acumenDemonstrated problem identification and objection resolution skills; ability to work individually and as part of a team; self-motivated with a drive to excel; high level of integrity and work ethicCompensation Information:
$28-$31/Hour
