**Job Description:**
**Company Description**
The Inside Sales Representative reports to the National Sales Manager and supports the efforts of the national sales team by processing quotes and other requests from customers in a timely and accurate manner. This individual acts as the primary point of contact for a small group of minor customers and may be expected to cold call certain prospective and existing customers to generate sales.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Work cross functionally as needed with field sales to support and follow through on new opportunities or leads.
+ Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, process orders and follow-up to assure timely and complete shipments
+ Respond to customer request for quotations including converting project dimension to product quantities
+ Fill out or assist with customer required forms for company details (quality, regulatory other)
+ Track monthly, quarterly & yearly revenues
+ Schedule quarterly reviews with top customers
+ Maintain and grow existing customer relationships and through regular contact and timely follow-up
+ Outbound calling to current and prospective customers to build sales pipeline and close new business
+ Provide assistance to customers and work in concert with and be supportive of Sales, Operations, and Logistics personnel in order to provide our customers with an excellent experience
+ Assist when needed with sales and marketing requests
+ Additional duties as assigned
**Qualifications:**
+ At least 2 – 3 years inside sales or customer service experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing
+ Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred
+ Exceptional oral and written communication skills with ability to convey information clearly in both one-on-one and group settings
+ Proven ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in customer communications and data entry
+ Proficient in MS Office Suite
+ Knowledge of business-to-business sales processes and good financial & business acumen
+ Demonstrated problem identification and objection resolution skills; ability to work individually and as part of a team; self-motivated with a drive to excel; high level of integrity and work ethic
**Compensation Information:**
$28-$31/Hour
