Inside Sales Representative

As the Inside Sales Representative at PPG delivers exceptional customer service and guides sales growth within an assigned account base and geographic territory. You will be the primary contact for customers and company partners, ensuring that customer needs are met according to department goals. Reporting directly to the Global Demand Manager we ask that you promote a safe and healthy work environment and have a high level of coordination across departments including Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Transportation, Accounting, and Credit.

Key Responsibilities 

Support PPG and Aerospace I&I safety goals and culture within Business Solutions and the Huntsville plant.

Provide top-tier customer service by managing customer interactions responsively.

Ensure customer satisfaction and profitability while following company policies and credit practices.

Collaborate with customers to resolve past due accounts.

Identify and address issues causing non-payment, working with the Sales Team and Platform.

Ensure accuracy and integrity in order entry and invoicing.

Verify compliance with pricing, terms of sale, credit, transportation, and billing specifications.

Manage export transactions and ensure all required documentation is completed following regulations.

Use a sales CRM to manage the sales pipeline and record information on prospects.

Experience using a CRM software system.

Qualifications 

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree.

2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related field.

Knowledge of export documentation and compliance.

Familiarity with credit and AR processes.

We ask that you are a U.S. citizenship or Lawful permanent residents due to federal export control regulations (ITAR)
