* Understand the customer requirement and Recommend Lenovo Product & Solution
* Maintain and manage pipelines in MS Dynamics
* Take ownership of customer end to end sales cycle until fulfilment/Delivery
* Experience in coordinating and managing regional projects
* Ability to work with cross functional teams when needed
* Perform independently when engaging and closing identified sales opportunities within the customer base

Experience with Unified Communications and Audio Visual industry preferred
