Position Summary:

As a key support to clients and the inside sales team, you’ll manage the sales cycle from quote to delivery, offering tailored solutions to meet technical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle client inquiries (phone, email, counter) with professionalism Recommend solutions in hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on deliveries Build long-term relationships through proactive communication Work closely with outside sales to identify new opportunities Monitor inventory and suggest alternatives when needed Stay up to date on product knowledge and attend training as required

Skills and qualifications :

 Profile Sought:

Experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably industrial/technical Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, or power transmission (strong asset) Strong communication skills, initiative, and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage priorities Team spirit and reliability Proficient in Microsoft Office Bilingual (French/English) required depending on clientele Apply
