Description A Miamisburg-based company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This role focuses on outbound calls to inform existing and prospective customers about programs they may qualify for, while delivering exceptional customer service and promoting company offerings. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct proactive outbound calls to customers, engaging them in conversations about programs and services they may be eligible for + Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions to maximize their benefit from the programs offered + Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company programs, guidelines, and eligibility requirements. + Build rapport with potential customers and address their questions or concerns effectively. + Accurately document customer interactions and sales outcomes in CRM systems. + Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share insights and refine strategies for success. Requirements + Previous inside sales or call center experience is highly preferred. + Strong verbal communication skills and an ability to clearly articulate program details to customers. + Ability to connect with customers, build trust, and deliver value with a customer-focused approach. + Experience with outbound calling or telemarketing preferred. + Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. + Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset. + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
