Inside Sales Representative
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Newton, Massachusetts. This role is vital in supporting sales operations, managing customer relationships, and driving process efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to their work. Responsibilities: • Create and maintain accurate quotations to support Sales and Distribution Managers. • Monitor and manage customer credit limits and rebate processing to ensure compliance. • Update and maintain customer accounts, including creating, editing, and removing profiles. • Track contract statuses and assist with related administrative tasks under the guidance of the Sales Controller. • Conduct outreach to inbound leads and potential customers, arrange introductory meetings, and assign leads to appropriate teams based on their experience. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop market insights and analyze commercial intelligence platforms. • Generate actionable insights to support sales strategies and decision-making. • Ensure regular updates and maintenance of essential reports and files. • Actively contribute to enhancing customer journey management through effective communication and service tools. • Host introductory meetings with prospective clients to establish relationships and identify needs. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a detail-oriented role, preferably in customer service or sales. • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a relevant field. • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong grammatical accuracy. • Proven ability to manage customer accounts and deliver excellent customer support. • Proficiency in handling e-commerce sales and customer success processes. • Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to team goals. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
