The Inside Sales Representative team member is responsible for high volume inbound and proactive outbound prospecting, lead/opportunity management, and order entry. **Your role:** + Process Medical Consumable Supplies (MCS) orders via phone and email. + Respond to customer inquiries related to order tracking, shipping info, and part availability. + Process orders on the Integrated Client (SAP) system, ensuring proper configuration, sales quota management assignment, and appropriate order history as it pertains to the integrity of the order. + Provide support and information cross functionally within the Market to Order (M2O) & Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC), as required/requested.  + You will work 7:30AM-4:00PM. **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired a minimum 1 year of experience in supporting Sales/E-Commerce teams or equivalent with a High School Diploma/Vocational education or no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. + You’re a self-motivated, goal-oriented, easygoing team player. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
