Responsibilities What You’ll DoYou’ll close sales on warm leads provided by the company — NO cold calling. This is a phone-based role for someone who can build rapport fast, identify customer needs, and confidently close.
ResponsibilitiesFollow up on warm leads provided by the sales team and close business
Build trust and drive conversions through strong customer communication
Identify customer needs quickly and recommend the right solution
Maintain professionalism under pressure
Multi-task and handle a high-volume phone environment
Learn products/services quickly and communicate value clearly
Qualifications What You NeedStrong communication and rapport-building skills
Proven ability to close deals over the phone
Strong phone presence and professional tone
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Rehash/inside sales experience strongly preferred
Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, CRM fluency)
