Trane is hiring an Inside Sales Rep / CSR for Fishers, IN location.
The Inside Sales Rep / CSR will position Trane as the preferred provider and ensure customer satisfaction for all existing and future clients. This position works closely with customers to ensure that their service needs are met. This position will also work closely with Account Managers and Area Service Managers as gatekeepers to all service agreements renewals, and technicians to drive pull through revenue from existing clients, complete estimates and quotes, and deliver additional sales revenue through the Quick Quote / Technician Lead program in a specified geographical area.
What you will do:
Acts as a customer advocate to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded, resulting in high satisfaction rates, retention, quotes, pull-through, and service agreement base growth.Provides assistance in the account management process for existing clients, including the identification and execution of additional services.Serves as the primary contact for assigned customers to ensure they are satisfied with existing services, leading to account retention.Collaborates with Service Account Managers to ensure successful execution of service products, renewals, and service agreement renewals.Assesses and evaluates potential service agreement opportunities at startup.Actively makes outbound calls leveraging open WIP, Salesforce reporting, Linkage, Lost SA list, T&M work orders, new equipment start-ups, etc.Owns and updates the asset linkage tool.Follows up on SMP, connectivity reports, VRF lists (outdated equipment lists), and BCU upgrades.Owns follow-ups on expiring quick quotes internally and externally.Owns follow-ups on old non-service agreement customer calls using GANT charts.
What you will bring:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business OR equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in Account Management, Mechanical Contracting/HVAC or Facilities Management fields preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to:
o DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Carless Driving, or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000. Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
