Job Description:

Our small, inviting office is seeking an energetic, driven Inside Sales/Recruiter to add to our Assisting Hands Tampa Bay team.  This role is very meaningful and has a significant impact on the overall growth and success of the business! Are you up to the challenge?

Compensation/Benefits:

·         This is a Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm and weekends off                              opportunity!·         Compensation Base of $14-$16/hr. plus performance Bonus! ·         13 days of PTO per year! You decide how and when you want to use it!·         Office is centrally located in Tampa and easily accessible!

Job Duties:

·         Calling and recruiting new caregivers·         Coordinate with the Scheduler to understand current staffing needs·         Work with the Director of Nursing to orientate new HHA’s and CNA’s·         Answering the phones·         Office tasks
