Proactively engages with customers using remote outbound sales call approach to grow the sales opportunities and Plans and executes sales targets and activities for Siemens SI Buildings Business Unit, Service Sales Department, in a specified region and verticals for the Fire Safety, Security, Building Automation, Lighting Automation and Fire Extinguishing portfolio of a unit in order to increase sales with all kinds of potential customers in installed base and to achieve defined commercial targets. Mainly, create and develop leads and opportunities with existing service customer in Siemens’s i-base, focus on maintenance contracts, migration and extension business, beside this create digital business opportunities.

Proactively engage customers to develop business using an outbound sales call approach Uses remote communication channels Video Calls, telephone, social media to interact with customers.Plans sales volumes and potentials of all customers in the assigned verticals, accounts and region.Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning. Research prospective clients and record information in Salesforces CRMAnalyzes the specific market conditions and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders.Spots opportunities for local product and service portfolio solutions.Prepares customer contact, builds and maintains a customer focused network.Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in cooperation with proposal mgmt / other involved professionals and management.Coordinates the realization of assignments, may coordinate and contribute to set up respective product developments, projects or services programs.Completes sales and revenue related key reporting.Contributes to the development of After-Market business in the region.May act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.Analyses end customers' needs and may support their decision-making process.Provides information to customers and/or general sales.Tools to Use: CRM, Outreach, SieSales, Higspot, LinkedIn NavigatorMaintains/exceeds phone calls, IMs, email, connect time and pipeline activity goals as set by management team.Achieves a minimum of daily 50 dials, 50 emails/IMs, 2 hours connect timeContribute to achieving the team’s sales targets and KPIs.What do I need to qualify for this job?
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering (or related) 3 years of experience in sales/business development field, preferably in fire/security/building automation business Service business experience - maintenance contract/migration/extension IOT and digital services experience would be an important asset Vertical sales knowledge would be an asset Experience in building long-term relationships with the customers Intercultural business experience Advanced level of English. CRM system and digital working environment tool knowledge. Clear thinker, innovative and change oriented. Focus on customer retention and satisfaction/loyalty.
