Job Title: Inside Sales/Order Entry Specialist

Job Description

This role is responsible for managing the backlog of all customers within the business unit, including reviewing monthly open order reports, forecasting bookings, and ensuring timely order deliveries. The position requires conducting business in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations while promoting ethical behavior through honesty and integrity. The role involves overseeing the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards, planning and delegating work tasks, and ensuring the availability of resources and tools for quality customer service delivery.

Responsibilities

Review customer complaints and track their resolution.Handle complex and escalated customer service issues.Identify and implement strategies to improve service quality, productivity, and profitability.Address staff training and coaching needs.Perform customer and internal duties as required.Complete monthly reports.Lead the account management function for key customers.Ensure smooth order fulfillment and maintain high customer service standards.Resolve escalated issues and drive operational efficiency while upholding ethical and regulatory compliance.

Essential Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.2-3 years of experience in customer service and order entry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.Capability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach as duties require.

The position is fully onsite in Painesville, OH.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Painesville, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
