Inside Sales Officer

+ Accurately processcustomer transactions such as quotes,customer purchase orders,delivery, returns, etc.
+ Perform Contract Review on all customer purchaseorders, in accordance with HFS procedures.
+ Develop & maintain strongrelationship with customers.
+ Handle daily customer communications, ensuring customer satisfaction.
+ Work with CSSR & Logistical team to acquirea better OTD rate.
+ Interface daily with outside Sales team and various HFS Manufacturing locations and departments, i.e., Product Management, Shipping, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Credit, etc.
+ Maintain and organize customer files
+ Perform Contract Review on all orders n accordance with HFS procedures.
+ Handle daily customer communications, ensuring customer satisfaction.
+ Check with the forwarders and arrange the shipment from vendors periodically and prepare the customs declaration documents.
+ Heavy data entry, emails& phones
+ Team player– Work effectively in a team environment
+ Follow company policiesand procedures
+ Sales/Customer Service experience required, preferably in Import & Export environment or fasteners background
+ Computer proficient, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
+ Strong interpersonal & communication skills, both written & verbal.
+ Handle heavy workload efficiently and set priorities as needed to get the job done
