We are excited to announce that in partnership with a global leader in the medical device space, we are currently looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join our team. The Inside Sales Manager is primarily responsible for achieving sales forecasts and gaining adoption and utilization of the product portfolio through the development of Inside Sales Representatives by coaching and providing guidance in territory management and communications.

Development and coaching of Inside Sales RepresentativesHandle performance reviews, personnel issues, discipline and termination of Inside Sales RepresentativesInside Sales Manager shall monitor calls: to develop and motivate Inside Sales Representatives for the attainment of sales objectives; to assess and monitor activity and work schedules; to monitor and manage reporting by Inside Sales Representatives, including call reporting, and sample reporting (when applicable)Communicate with Client and Project Lead on regular and timely basisAdvance listening and decision-making skillsAbility to understand and convey complex product-related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner while in a real-time environmentAbility to provide coaching and feedback to improve individual performance of the Inside Sales Representative team.Ability to be flexible as needed to meet the fluctuating business needsSet Clear measurables for the team with weekly engagement with leadershipEnhance Training Programs: Focused on product knowledge and sales techniques.Monitor Progress: Regular check-ins and KPIs tracking to ensure alignment and agility.Foster Collaboration: Encourage cross-team communication and sharing of best practicesRequired Qualifications:
BA/BS degree requiredMinimum 3 to 5 years inside sales leadership experience in MedTech, Pharmaceutical or B2B requiredInside sales/remote engagement experience requiredExperience developing and coaching high performing inside sales teamsExperience maintaining accurate records of all sales activitiesProven ability to consistently meet/exceed defined sales goalsExceptional verbal and written communication skills, action oriented, driven for results, adaptability#LI-CES

The potential base pay range for this role is $80,000-$90,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
