Position Summary:
GoNetspeed is seeking a motivational Inside Sales Manager to guide its high-performing sales division. The ideal candidate will be a leader capable of maintaining established standards of excellence while implementing strategies to elevate the team to new levels of achievement. This position requires a management style characterized by direct engagement and the real-time professional development of salespeople. In close collaboration with the Senior Manager of Inside Sales, this position will be instrumental in the execution of departmental strategy, the optimization of operational processes, and the cultivation of a professional culture centered on performance and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the professional development of the sales team through consistent, on-site coaching, supplemented by structured individual meetings and targeted performance enhancement sessions.
•Partner with the Senior Manager of Inside Sales to execute departmental sales strategies, identify opportunities for process optimization, and implement clearly documented operational workflows.
•Oversee team performance through the diligent tracking and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), providing guidance and ensuring the attainment of established sales quotas.
•Cultivate a high-performance culture centered on professional accountability, continuous improvement, and the recognition of outstanding contributions.
•Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives by participating in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new sales personnel.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•A minimum of five years of professional sales experience, evidenced by a demonstrable record of success.
•Demonstrated experience in a sales management or team leadership capacity requiring direct operational involvement.
•A leadership methodology focused on active, on-the-floor coaching and direct team engagement.
•Possession of exceptional skills in coaching, training, and professional mentorship.
•Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and experience utilizing data analytics for performance management.
•Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to track, analyze, and report on performance metrics.
Preferred:
•An Associate's or Bachelor’s degree.
•Prior experience within a call center or a high-volume inside sales environment is considered advantageous.
Compensation:
•Annual Base Salary: $60,000 to $70,000
•Monthly Incentive: $2,500 at target, based on achievement of sales quotas
•Annual Incentive Plan at Target: $30,000
•Bonus Potential: Uncapped
