We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager in New Iberia, LA to lead the Inside Sales Team and ensure the team is well-staffed and motivated to deliver excellent customer service and support the overall sales strategy.

What you’ll do:

Attract, develop, and retain top Inside Sales talent through leadership, coaching, and performance managementSet targets, enforce standards, monitor pricing, and hold the team accountable for resultsLead by example in CRM use and coach the team to maximize its effectivenessContinuously assessing and improving the sales process to enhance customer experienceCollaborate with Field Sales, Operations, and Management to develop the best practices and ensure smooth opportunity handoffsManage change and adaptability to meet evolving customer and team needs with minimal disruptionAct as a key communicator for process improvements and drive Inside Sales as a strategic part of the overall sales strategy

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience requiredOver 10 years of relevant work experienceProven experience managing remote sales teams and tracking sales performanceStrong skills in sales processes, CRM usage, negotiation, and closing dealsGood product knowledge, sector expertise, and proficiency with Microsoft PC tools
