Inside Sales Coordinator
Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator in the Montebello, CA area. The Inside Sales Coordinator manages customer inquiries, prepares quotes, and coordinates with internal teams to support services such as hot tapping, line stopping, pipe freezing, and valve inserting. This role ensures efficient job execution and customer satisfaction by dispatching field crews, tracking job progress, and maintaining communication across departments. It involves responding to sales calls, generating estimates, and ensuring compliance with safety and company standards. The coordinator also works closely with clients to align project execution with expectations, address concerns, and support planning. Preferred qualifications include technical knowledge of service techniques, operational efficiency, and strong client relationship skills.
