A client with Kforce is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant II to join their team. This is a remote position. Summary: Come join the Small Business Group (SBG) as an Inside Sales Consultant. SBG Inside sales supports our customers by providing a consultative sales experience around how to start, protect, manage and grow their small business. You'll spend the majority of your time engaging with small businesses discussion their aspirations, uncovering needs and discovering problems you can help them solve. SBG Inside Sales is a multi-channel organization focused on building customer confidence by providing Small Business expertise in every interaction. The Sales Consultant is expected to understand how Small Businesses work, know the client's ecosystem of products, and tailor solutions to specific customer needs uncovered in the sales conversation. Across all our channels and workgroups, SBG Sales is responsible for acquiring new users and growing our existing customers' usage of the client's ecosystem of products. Additional Notes: * 90% chat * Will be responsible for carrying a quota, calls per day, selling a product mix * After training and nesting the candidate will move to their perm shift; Must be able to work any shift from 8AM-9PM; Shift will most likely be starting at 11AM
