Inside Sales Associate
Job Summary Seeking a motivated Client engagement inside sales individual within the Aerospace industry. This role focuses on driving sales growth in the aerospace distribution industry by building strong customer relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering exceptional service. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of industry experience, strong communication and multitasking skills, and a passion for sales and customer success. Key Qualifications: + Customer Service Excellence: Strong commitment to delivering outstanding service and building lasting client relationships. + Industry Knowledge: Experience in aerospace fasteners or distribution, with deep product understanding. + Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for engaging with customers and team members. + Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database tools. + Team Collaboration: Works well in team settings, supporting shared goals and cross-functional coordination. + Negotiation & Prospecting: Strong skills in identifying leads, negotiating terms, and closing business. + Adaptability & Initiative: Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges. + Learning & Development: Willingness to continuously expand product and industry knowledge. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
