Axis is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Account Executive (ISAE) to join our growing team. In this role, you will activate and grow selected Authorised Partners (AP) while driving revenue through strategic relationship management.
As an ISAE, you'll be the driving force behind our partner growth strategy. You'll manage daily the Inside Sales outbound activities, including sales campaigns and providing first level training. Using Salesforce, you'll track data, follow up on national events, handle lead qualification, and develop our partner network.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new prospects within your territory, collaborating with the Sales team for support
Analyze customer needs to evaluate available options and customized solutions, recommend camera solutions and product options
Proactively managing the CRM leads queue, personally contacting and qualifying Authorized Partners
Increase wallet share with partners using Axis tools and education, growing sales within an assigned territory by identifying top potential Authorised partners
Create strategic business plans with Sales and Marketing teams to activate Authorised Partners and achieve revenue goals
Drive regional sales growth with focus on growing top-performing partners to the next level
Educate partners on Axis solutions and technology offerings
Support special projects generated by Gold/Solution partners and global accounts
Generate comprehensive sales reports covering new and existing projects
Represent Axis at marketing events – including AEC visits, partner events, webinars, and Academies
Implement Axis Sales Methodology in all business interactions and meetings.
Qualifications and Experience:Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound sales and cold calling
Demonstrated success in identifying and converting sales opportunities in the technology sector
Working knowledge of networking infrastructure and related technical concepts
Previous experience with indirect sales models and channel partner management is preferred
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
Technical aptitude to provide first-level product information and support
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Familiarity with high-tech business environments
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Outstanding interpersonal and presentation abilities
Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and development
