Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the Sales Domain department to formulate online business development strategies, including Target Portfolio, Price Strategy and overall online business development strategy, analyze customer and market conditions, and be responsible for the online sales results of the Sales Domain (customers transparency, new products GtM, phase out products migration, GMV, etc.), so as to promote the stable and sustainable development of Sales Domain online business. Based on customer attributes and BU policies, make different cooperation plans for different types of customers such as OEMs, End-Users, and Wholesalers. Complete business communication, negotiation, deal closure and other processes with customers, as well as secondary sales. Coordinate with Inside Sales to filter target customers, jointly formulate development plans and maintenance plans, regularly review development progress, and ensure that annual sales targets are met. Regularly conduct customer insights, sales data analysis, and early warnings. Report sales data and summaries to superiors and collaborative departments in a timely manner. Organize Sales Domain product managers and Vertical industry experts to provide product knowledges and industry solutions training to Inside Sales. Through training, establishes internal links, defines contact persons for dedicated problems, and enables Inside Sales to respond quickly to online customers to achieve business growth. Deliver Sales Domain products and market strategies, promote new product portfolio solutions. Combine Siemens Mall's advantageous categories, promotions, live broadcast activities, etc. to expand and replace customers' existing solutions. Assist Inside sales to have two-way dialogue with customers, fully understand customer needs, and coordinate relevant personnel from each Sales Domain, Vertical Industry experts, technical engineers and channel partners to solve problems and create value for customers. Identify and apply the appropriate pricing model, including any agreed-upon discounts or terms, to ensure competitiveness and alignment with the opportunity. Seek additional pricing support or special terms, as necessary, to secure the opportunity and meet strategic goals. Summarize and analyze CRM platform data to provide accurate sales forecasts and business plans. Control the quality of information such as basic customer information, potential business opportunities, and development plans entered by Inside Sales on the CRM platform. At the same time, serve as an interface to connect to the global IT platform and tools developed by the headquarters' E-Business department, and provide training and support to local Inside Sales. Gain insights into the dynamic development trends of the online industrial products market, analyze market trends and the latest developments of competitors, conduct comprehensive market analysis, and adjust customer maintenance and conversion plan. Qualification and Experience

Bachelor's or above degree holder in Industry Automation, Mechanical, E&E, IT and so on. 3 ~ 5 years product manager, BD, or front line sales working experience in factory automation or motion control field (Experience in on-site equipment debugging is a plus). Familiar with the Siemens TIA products and workflow. General knowledge in 1 ~ 2 verticals (e.g. textile/package/new energy). Could use the effective and respectful communication to interact with the target groups, reaching the satisfactory agreement by applying negotiating techniques, and capable to prepare and present information according to target group needs. Experience in digital direct selling(digital sales,inside sales) is a plus. Be accustomed to working remotely, and efficiently expand, develop and maintain customer resources through online tools and resources.
