5-10 experience in customer service, inside sales, or order management (manufacturing or aerospace preferred)
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, fluent in English
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Familiarity with aerospace industry requirements (AS9100, certifications) is a plus
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
Manage customer orders from entry through shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract requirements
Coordinate with operations, raw material planning, quality engineer, commercial team to resolve issues and satisfy customer requirement
Review customer forecasts, demand changes, and long‑term agreements
Support pricing updates, quote requests, and contract documentation
Monitor key performance metrics such as on‑time delivery, backlog, and customer satisfaction
Escalate risks or delays proactively and recommend solutions
Any other tasks assigned by Sales Manager
