In this role you will support marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns, using insights to drive lead generation and increase brand awareness while ensuring alignment with business objectives, working under direct supervision.
**Your role:**
+ Supports the marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns, using insights to drive lead generation and increase brand awareness, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, working under direct supervision.
+ Analyzes comprehensive market data and detailed inside sales reports to identify trends and potential sales opportunities, leveraging specialized knowledge to support the sales team and enhance overall effectiveness.
+ Communicates effectively with market field marketing managers, product managers, and other stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on lead generation activities and sales progress to ensure alignment and shared goals.
+ Monitors the lead generation and qualification process meticulously, ensuring that all potential sales opportunities are accurately captured, followed up on, and entered into the system for further action.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You’ve acquired 1+ year of experience in supporting Sales/E-Commerce teams or equivalent with High School Diploma/Vocational education OR no prior experience required with Bachelor's Degree.
+ Your skills include ability to create detailed inside sales reports and engaging presentations that summarize findings and provide actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making and helping drive business growth.
+ You have a High School Diploma/Vocational education OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications or equivalent.
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
+ You’re detail oriented and can provide engaging presentations that summarize findings and provide actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making and helping drive business growth.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency Details**
The pay range for this position in (Nashville, TN) is $24.00 to $38.00 hourly, plus overtime eligible.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
