Inside Partner Business Manager

HP is looking for a high-potential starter to join our Channel team and grow her or his career within HP. As Internal PBM, you’ll be at the core of our partner ecosystem, driving performance with our key resellers.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as first point of contact for partners on products, services, promotions, and configurations.
• Support sales execution with funnel analysis, opportunity spotting, and content sharing.
• Collaborate closely with your team of Partner Account Managers and Category Leads to grow HP share.
• Monitor quota, pipeline, and compliance — and take corrective action where needed.
• Build expertise across HP’s portfolio and become a trusted advisor to partners.
• Operate in a fast-paced team with clear goals, ownership, and development tracks (e.g. Field PM, Category roles).

Profile
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Marketing, Economics or similar).
• 0–3 years experience in sales, account management or partner engagement.
• Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and hands-on attitude.
• Affinity with IT/tech and interest in the Channel model.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written & spoken).
