About the Team
At Nutanix, you'll be joining the Inside Channel Systems Engineering team, a dynamic and innovative group dedicated to partnering with our channel partners to deliver cutting-edge solutions. The team is collaborative and encourages creative problem-solving, fostering an environment where every member is empowered to contribute ideas that drive our success.
You will report to a seasoned manager who prioritizes mentorship and professional growth, ensuring that team members are equipped with the resources and support they need to excel. Our work setup is hybrid, allowing for flexibility where team members can collaborate in the office three days a week while also enjoying the benefits of remote work on the remaining days. There may be occasional travel required for team meetings, client engagements, or partner events, but these opportunities are balanced with a strong focus on work-life harmony.
Your Role
Drive growth in the channel-led segment by supporting partners in identifying and pursuing Nutanix opportunities autonomously. Coach and enable partner Sales Engineers on technical selling, including sizing, validated design, and service integration. Collaborate with Nutanix marketing and sales teams to generate demand and develop comprehensive market strategies. Facilitate Elevate program certifications and create boot camps for partner enablement to enhance technical acumen. Provide technical pre-sales support for partners in areas such as discovery, positioning, demonstrations, sizing, and licensing. Establish strong relationships with channel partners to act as a trusted advisor and collaboratively create technical partner plans. Proactively share best practices and coach team members to ensure overall team success and customer satisfaction. Achieve first-year objectives, including exceeding revenue targets and enhancing partner satisfaction and engagement through structured enablement programs.What You Will Bring
Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven IT infrastructure knowledge in areas such as compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies. 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering or Reseller roles within a high-tech sales environment. Strong understanding of technical sales methodologies and partner relationship management. Demonstrated leadership skills and initiative, with a focus on coaching and mentoring team members. Ability to build and maintain relationships with technical resources at all levels of customer organizations. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Advanced knowledge of virtualization technologies and enterprise applications.Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
