Short Description Process third party claims for paymentAssure DRG rate, payor factor mark up, and re-bundled items are correctReview problem claims to prorate or re-bill appropriate insuranceResponsible for mail, telephone inquiries, or resolving problems with insurance companies and patientsProcesses adjustments, inquiries and monthly reports on a specific payor, i.e., NJBC, HMOsPerforms other clerical duties as assigned, i.e. filing, pulling accounts, attaching correspondence, etc. Experience Required Knowledge of 3rd party regulationsPrevious experience in hospital billingEPIC experience strongly preferred Education Requirements

Highschool diploma or equivalent
