Schedule: Per DiemA per diem RN must be able to work- 16 shifts every 6 months, 4 need to be weekend shifts. One summer and one winter holiday

The inpatient unit provides general psychiatric care to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
It is a multidisciplinary, full service, therapeutic environment with an eclectic approach.
It offers intensive individual, group, family, activity, occupational, and somatic therapies.
Psychological testing and ECT is available when indicated.

Qualifications
Bachelor's in Nursing is required.Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required.Certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers required.A minimum of one-year inpatient psychiatry required.The RN candidate has demonstrated an ability to work compassionately with persons who experience behavioral health issues on a secure inpatient psychiatric unit.Adheres to all I C.A.R.E. standards.Must show evidence of the basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of patients.Demonstrate observational skills and the ability to set priorities.Ability to function under stress with good interpersonal and communication skills.Who we are:
