General Summary
Performs diversified duties to support partnership development, venture relationships, and portfolio management activities within the Innovation department. Provides operational, analytical, and coordination support to ensure effective collaboration between the organization, portfolio companies, and internal stakeholders. Supports the execution of innovation and venture partnership initiatives by maintaining current awareness of project and company progress, coordinating across internal teams and external partners, and preparing portfolio reporting and communications. Plays a key role in ensuring leadership has timely, accurate information on venture collaborations and innovation initiatives. Works closely with innovation leadership, internal departments, and external venture partners to facilitate collaboration, maintain strong partner relationships, and support the operational management of the venture portfolio.

Minimum Education:
Work Experience:
5 years Experience in business operations, partnerships, program coordination, innovation support, venture support, or related roles. Required 5 years Experience working in healthcare innovation, venture ecosystems, startup collaboration, or strategic partnership. Preferred or 7 years Experience in business operations, partnerships, program coordination, innovation support, venture support, or related roles. PreferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong organizational and project coordination skills and written communication and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and information streams. Ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners. Interest in healthcare innovation, venture development, and emerging health technologies.
