Then this may be the opportunity for you. **About The Role** Innovation is the lifeblood of any FMCG businesses and plays a key role in brand building enabling brands to improve brand equity, access new consumers and occasions as well as enticing premiumization and crafting incremental value for our customers. The Innovation Commercialization Manager role is accountable for translating the European Innovation pipeline into a Commercial Strategy for Greece through three main steps. Firstly, this role will partner with the European innovation team to bring the pipeline to gate 3 approval (concept and design) with specific consumer and customer validation. Secondly, the ICM will lead the commercialization of each project to deliver outstanding execution and outcomes & finally, the ICM role will then supervise perfect activation across all touchpoints into Gate 6 learning and drive issue resolution. The role reports to Customer Marketing and works closely with CEE Innovation, Greek Commercial & Marketing team throughout all stages. **Top Accountabilities** + Develop and Execute Commercialization Strategies of Innovation Pipeline + Define the go-to-market strategy for new product innovations, considering factors like target audience, pricing, distribution channels, and promotional activities. + Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (including Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal) to ensure seamless execution of commercialization plans. + Market Assessment and Validation: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to validate the commercial potential of innovations, understand consumer needs, and identify competitive landscapes. + Develop Launch Plans and Timelines: Create detailed project plans, timelines, and critical paths for new product launches, ensuring all turning points are met on time. + Pricing Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement pricing strategies that are competitive, profitable, and aligned with the brand positioning and value chain. + Distribution Channel Management: Determine the optimal distribution channels for new products working with sales teams to secure placement and effective distribution. + Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and information to effectively sell new products. + Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of new product launches against key performance indicators. + Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for new product launches, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources. + Post-Launch Evaluation & Optimization: Conduct post-launch reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimize the commercialization strategy for future innovations. + Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry standard methodologies and emerging trends in innovation commercialization to continuously improve processes and outcomes. **Leadership Standards:** -Win Through Execution: + Accountable for Greek Innovation NSV delivery, A&P budget management to support + Lead & manage the Gate process within cluster, ensuring on time, cluster LT aligned submissions for each launch. + Deliver accurate, insightful and on time innovation reporting and analysis as part of the IBP cycle and ad-hoc as required + Business partner with Commercial Finance & Sales on annual planning process to ensure programs and A&P allocation supports both launch + Lead course correction where needed within cluster for any innovation brands, feeding in and requesting support above country to ensure performance stays on track -Shape the Future: + Lead pipeline planning within cluster and regularly review to ensure we stay on track with our NSV pathway to F30 ambition + Be a customer facing contact in senior meetings with key customers throughout the year to engage and excite on our innovation agenda ie. annual planning meetings, strategy days etc. Equip the sales team to be able to confidently engage on our innovation agenda for smaller customers and/or meeting forums + Shape and focus key innovation commercialization breakthroughs to be achieved within cluster ie. the need for innovation delivery to over-index in Key Accounts Inspire Through Purpose: + Create the conditions for the Greek business to take bold bets on innovation launches + Be seen as a leader within the Greek business, building strong and effective relationships **About You** **_Ideal experiences / Qualifications / capabilities_** + 8 to 10-year experience across Marketing, Customer P&L management and Customer Marketing. + Ability to think strategically whilst also applying rigor to executional detail. + Strong Analytical skills & advanced Excel capability. + Ability to clearly and succinctly articulate plans, creating simple and engaging messaging. + Self-starter, with a high focus on performance delivery. **Working with Us** **Flexible Working Statement** Flexibility is key to our success.
