About the Role

We’re excited to welcome an Innovation and Brand Change Planning Manager to join our European Spirits team on a 12 month fixed-term contract. We are open to candidates based in London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Fife, Dublin or Amsterdam.

In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating the planning aspects of complex global renovation, innovation and limited-edition projects to effectively deliver service, cost and inventory targets for both finished goods and dry goods.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by ensuring service through timely project delivery for Innovation launches. You will:

Lead phase in/out processes and oversee demand validation and allocation.Prioritize collaborating with others to reduce the effect on inventory and service.Ensure projects remain within agreed budgets for finished and dry goods write-offs.

You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including:

Regional and Local Customer & Consumer Marketing TeamsTechnical Centre and Global Brand TeamsExternal suppliers and 3rd party re-workersFinance, Material & Supply Planning teams and Diageo’s markets

Key responsibilities will also include:

Building strong collaborations with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.Ensuring strong relationships and clear project outcomes by regularly prioritising tasks.Driving the continuous improvement agenda, optimising and simplifying processes.

About You

We are looking for someone with strong stakeholder skills who can bring energy, creativity and a collaborative approach to the European Spirits Brand Change Planning Team.

Ideally you will:

Demonstrate a flexible and creative attitude, with a positive outlook that channels energy into recognizing opportunities and solutions, even in complex or uncertain situations.Be forward-thinking, able to anticipate challenges, generate innovative ideas and see them through to execution.Bring strong experience in supply chain or project management, along with excellent communication, relationship-building, and partner collaboration capabilities.Demonstrate strong prioritisation, analytical abilities and attention to detail.Have a passion for delivering exceptional service.Ideally, have experience with SAP and Power BI, and be proficient in Excel (beneficial).
