Summary: Seeking an Injection Molding Technician - Floor Supervisor with expertise in medical consumables to lead production activities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in injection molding, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
Experience in a medical device or medical consumables manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of injection molding processes, materials (medical-grade polymers), and mold setup
Familiarity with GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA-regulated production
Preferred Skills:
RJG or Scientific Molding certification
Experience with automation, robotics, or vision inspection systems
Knowledge of ERP/MES systems and cleanroom manufacturing software
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of injection molding technicians and operators across assigned shifts
Coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety goals
Set up, start, adjust, and shut down injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
Ensure all production documentation is completed accurately and complies with GMP and ISO 13485 standards
Ensure adherence to cleanroom and safety protocols
Pay: 80K-105K
