**What You Will Do:** As an Injection Molding Set Up Person, you will be responsible for supporting the molding area by: + Performing mold changes in injection molding machines. + Programming and setting up robotic systems used in the molding process. + Assisting in the optimization and continuous improvement of production processes. + Operating under established procedures and standards to ensure product quality and efficiency. + Adapting quickly to shifting priorities and production needs. + Working in a high-demand environment with multiple tasks and physical activity. + Collaborating with team members to ensure safe and effective operation. **What You Will Need:** + 1 to 2 years of technical experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Completion of a technical program or certification in a related field (e.g., industrial maintenance, mechatronics, robotics, or similar). + Proficient English skills – both verbal and written. + Basic understanding of robotics, mold setup procedures, and process improvement. + Experience in injection molding or in working with automated machinery is highly desirable.
