Key AccountabilitiesOperate production and packaging equipment, injection molding equipment and all other associated production equipment to produce quality product in a safe and efficient mannerLearn and understand the production scheduleTroubleshoot equipment failures and perform minor maintenance on this equipmentPerform mold change and line changeovers as neededChange parts and pieces needed to go from one product to anotherUnderstanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations(including food safety policies and procedures)Maintaining a safe and clean work environmentOther duties as assignedQualifications

Required Qualifications:

Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employerCargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facilityAbility to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)Basic use of a computer and typing skillsAbility to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodationAbility to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous Forklift experiencePrevious experience working in a production or plant environmentHigh School diploma, GED or equivalent experience Prior experience operating Injection Molding EquipmentPrevious Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
