Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet: + _Fachliche Leitung sämtlicher technischer Brandschutzsysteme und die Einhaltung gesetzlicher und 3M spezifischer Vorgabe sowie den Dienstleister Site Security Service._ + _Sie implementieren technische Systeme zum Brandschutz, Dienstanweisungen für den Werkssicherheitsdienst sowie Prüfanforderungen für Dienstleister des technischen Branschutz._ + _Darüberhinaus beraten sie fachlich den Plant Engineering Manager, führen Projektarbeiten termin- und budgetgerecht durch und bringen hier Ihre starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zum Ausdruck._ + _Ebenfalls pflegen Sie die Kontakte zu den relevanten internen Abteilungen und externen Stellen wie z.B. der lokalen Feuerwehr._ **Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen** Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen: + _Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Sicherheitstechnik, idealerweise mit der Vertiefung Brandschutz_ _oder verwandtem technischen Bereich._ + _Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich technischer Brandschutz._ + _Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift._ + _Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten._ Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil: + _Kompetenz und Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement sowie Erfahrung mit externen Dienstleistern._ + _Zusätzliche Erfahrung im Bereich Sicherheitstechnik und Werkssicherheit._ + _Erfahrung in der Fachplanung Brandschutz._ + _Kenntnisse in EHS- und Compliance-Standards._ **Stellenbezogene Informationen** + _Standortinformationen:_ _Hilden, vor Ort._ Safety is a core value at 3M.
