The role is responsible for ensuring the technical quality of static and dynamic reservoir models and implementing world-class strategies to maximize recovery factors using frameworks like VCD (Value Creation Drivers).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIESLead multidisciplinary teams including geologists, petrophysicists, geomodelers, and EOR specialists
Oversee the construction and updating of static and dynamic reservoir models, integrating geological, petrophysical, geophysical, and production data
Supervise the use and interpretation of advanced characterization tools, integrated petrophysics, and applied geophysics techniques
Implement VCD-based methodologies to guide asset value and monitor key technical indicators
Evaluate and recommend field development strategies, including primary, secondary, and enhanced recovery (EOR)
Validate productivity models and reservoir performance forecasts, assessing technical and economic feasibility of development projects
Ensure accurate generation of structural, isopach, and petrophysical property maps
Provide technical support in project review boards and investment committees
Coordinate data integration for development, drilling, and production plans
Actively participate in technical audits, external reviews, and regulatory processes
