Our team of experts partners with customers across multiple industries to deliver innovative water treatment solutions, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and environmental protection. **The Role** The **Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative** is responsible for developing and managing customer relationships while providing technical guidance on ChemTreat solutions. This role combines commercial responsibility with technical expertise to identify opportunities, support proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction. The position plays a key role in achieving branch sales targets by delivering high-value technical solutions and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. **Key Responsibilities** -Plan and manage daily activities to achieve assigned targets related to **orders, sales, expenses, margin, and gross results** for the branch. -Provide **technical guidance and consultation** to customers regarding ChemTreat products and services. -Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. -Prepare **quotations and participate in technical and commercial proposals** for customers. -Continuously monitor commercial portals to identify new business opportunities and coordinate with relevant product or line managers. -Stay informed about **competitor products, services, and market positioning** . -Maintain up-to-date **technical and commercial knowledge** through continuous learning and self-development. -Document activities performed and submit reports according to the required reporting schedule. -Support the **collections process** related to orders generated within the branch. Ensure all activities comply with the company’s **Quality Management System, Environmental, Health and Safety policies, and applicable regulations** . -Identify and communicate any conditions that may affect quality, safety, or environmental performance to the appropriate stakeholders.
