Visualiza el panorama digital actual, desarrolla estrategias, identifica y evalúa soluciones digitales, colabora muy de cerca con los equipos multifuncionales y monitorea el progreso para garantizar una transformación digital exitosa así como el logro de los objetivos estratégicos del negocio.** + Conectar y Extraer los datos de los equipos/maquinaria para crear soluciones basadas en datos reales. + Analizar procesos de manufactura y operaciones para identificar oportunidades de digitalización. + Diseñar e implementar soluciones tecnológicas como tableros de datos, sistemas, automatización y herramientas de análisis (Power BI). + Diseñar e implementar soluciones tecnológicas como tableros de datos, sistemas MES, IoT, automatización y herramientas de análisis. + Coordinar proyectos de transformación digital en colaboración con ingeniería, producción, mantenimiento y calidad. + Desarrollar indicadores digitales y tableros de monitoreo para la mejora continua. + Participar en la estandarización y documentación de procesos digitales. + Brindar soporte técnico y capacitación a usuarios sobre nuevas herramientas o sistemas implementados. + Monitorear tendencias tecnológicas y proponer innovaciones aplicables. + Conectar y Extraer los datos de los equipos/maquinaria para crear soluciones basadas en datos reales. + Monitorear el progreso general y uso de recursos, iniciando acciones correctivas si es necesario + Segregar Residuos de acuerdo con las categorías del área de trabajo. + Conocer los peligros y riesgos asociados a las actividades y seguir los controles operacionales definidos. + Operar maquinaria equipo previamente capacitado. **Educación:** + Ingeniería en Sistemas. + Mecatronica o similar. **Competencias técnicas:** + Fundamentos de Data Analystics, Power BI o Tableau, Python. + Lean Digital, Automatizacion y control Industrial (PLC). **Competencias especificas:** + Programación y desarrollo de software (Visual Basic, C-#, HTML, Java scrip, SQL, Python, Tableau). + Conocimientos sólidos en tecnologías como inteligencia artificial, big data, Internet de las Cosas (IoT), robótica. + Comprensión de temas relacionados con TI/OT para la Industria 4.0, como redes, computación perimetral, firewalls, VLAN. + Bases de datos y gestión de datos. + Herramientas de análisis de datos. + Ingles Avanzado. **_We Don’t Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too._** Joining the Stanley Black & Decker team means working in an innovative, tech-driven and highly collaborative team environment supported by over 58,000 professionals in 60 countries across the globe.
