**Job Description** **On Site:** This position requires to work on site on a full-time basis **Responsabilidades:** + Soporte a Planta relacionados con la resolución de problemas críticos en piso + Soporte con RSP y/o 15D en actividades asignadas de control. + Entrenamiento del personal SK en VFD, Enet, Dnet, HMI, PLC, PLC Seguridad. + Participación en la validación Tecnica de nuevos proyectos. + Soluciones Tecnológicas de proyectos MBC, NPP del área. + Compra de equipo técnico y soporte en la etapa de instalación del equipo nuevo o usado asegurando las especificaciones tecnicas de BOP, GTR, BOM, BOO asi como los estandares tecnicos de operacion de pintura. + Seguimiento y aplicación de los estándares globales del grupo Vehicle Systems. + Actividades de Plant Floor System (sistemas de piso) (diseño, compra, instalación , mantenimiento) + Mantiene y promueve las mejores prácticas del negocio y se enfoca principalmente a la de seguridad. + Mejora de indicadores MTTR y MTBF en equipos con acciones relacionadas al control y automatización + Reducción de Fallas de Automatizacion del TIP/Andon **Habilidades Requeridas** **:** + Carreras afines: Ingeniero de controles, electrónica, mecatrónica o experiencia afín. + Inglés Conversacional + Experiencia en procesos de fabricación, robots, PLC, comunicaciones Ethernet, HMIS, cintas transportadoras, prensas, electricidad, motores, servos, variadores, diagramas, líneas de montaje. + Experiencia de 5 a 7 años. + Disponibilidad para rolar turnos (esquema 4x3 ​ **Conocimientos en :** + Interpretación de planos eléctricos. + Especificaciones y normas eléctricas. + Programación de PLC Rockwell v16-v22, resolución de problemas. + Configuración de HMI Siemens. + Protocolos de redes industriales Devicenet, comunicación y configuración Ethernet. + Programación de robots Fanuc, resolución de problemas. + Sistemas de visión: cámaras, escáneres. + Mantener actualizadas las copias de seguridad de los equipos electrónicos utilizando el sistema UDC. + Inventario de los equipos de diagnóstico de controles, herramientas y software. + Desarrollo continuo de habilidades técnicas de acuerdo con la tabla de versatilidad, formación técnica.
