Visión general y principales funciones

Estamos buscando un Ingeniero de Calidad para unirse a nuestro equipo.


‎Con sede en la ciudad de Santiago, Chile, reportando al Coordinador de Calidad, usted será responsable de implementar y mantener los planes de Calidad para el control de la Producción y análisis de productos no conformes para la definición de acciones correctivas y preventivas para la eliminación de las anomalías.

Principales Responsabilidades

01. Elaborar y controlar planes de calidad que aseguren el producto conforme y eliminar el Producto No Conforme.

02. Determinar y recomendar las metas y objetivos del plan de reducción de anomalías (productos no conformes) y apoyar el trabajo para eliminación sobre uso con el fin de lograr cumplimiento de los objetivos de la compañía.

03. Revisar los planes establecidos de reducción de anomalías (productos no conformes) y plan de reducción de sobre uso, con el fin de prevenir la presentación de dificultades en la fabricación.

04. Analizar la calidad de la información y las recomendaciones de apego a los procesos de manufactura a los sistemas de trabajo, como resultado de las acciones correctivas y preventivas implementadas. 

05. Promover los requisitos de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente corporativas, propias de la empresa y establecidos en las normas ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14.001 aplicables al área.  

06. Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente de la compañía.

07. Participar activamente en los programas y formación e informar de cualquier asunto asociado (Incidentes, producto no conforme, falla de máquinas, Riesgos potenciales, eventos ambientales, casi-incidente).                                          

08. Liderar la seguridad en el puesto de trabajo, mantener una conducta segura y comprometerse con su seguridad y llevarla más allá de la compañía.

¿A quién buscamos?

Buscamos un trabajador con las siguientes habilidades:

Ingeniero Ejecución y/o Civil Industrial, Eléctrico, Mecánico, Químico o afín. 2 a 5 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados       No es necesaria experiencia para el cargo. idealmente Dos años de experiencia en el área de Calidad, en empresas productivas.Idioma ingles nivel medioMS Office nivel medio

Overview and main functions

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team.

Based in the city of Santiago, Chile, reporting to the Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality plans for the control of production and analysis of non-compliant products for the definition of corrective and preventive actions for the elimination of anomalies.

Main Responsibilities

01. Develop and control quality plans that ensure the compliant product and eliminate the Non-Conforming Product.

02. Determine and recommend the goals and objectives of the anomaly reduction plan (non-compliant products) and support the work for elimination over use in order to achieve compliance with the company's objectives.

03. Review the established plans for the reduction of anomalies (non-compliant products) and the reduction plan for overuse, in order to prevent the presentation of manufacturing difficulties.

04. Analyze the quality of the information and the recommendations of attachment to the manufacturing processes to the work systems, as a result of the corrective and preventive actions implemented. 

05. Promote the corporate safety, quality and environmental requirements, typical of the company and established in the ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14.001 standards applicable to the area.  

06. Comply with the company's safety, quality and environmental policies and procedures.

07. Actively participate in the programs and training and report any associated matters (Incidents, non-compliant product, machine failure, Potential risks, environmental events, quasi-incident).

08. •     Liderar la seguridad en el puesto de trabajo, mantener una conducta segura y comprometerse con su seguridad y llevarla más allá de la compañía.

We are looking for a worker with the following skills:

• Execution Engineer and / or Civil Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical or related. 

• 2 to 5 years of experience in related positions      

• No experience is required for the position. ideally Two years of experience in the area of Quality, in productive companies.

• English language medium level

• MS Office mid-level
