Job Description

Enable compliance of quality requirements of series productions and manufacturing processes by the use of Quality core tools, Problem Solving, Q-methodologies, applicable state of the art digital quality tools, following Bosch directives and procedures

Education: B.S. in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronic, Electronic or equivalent Engineering degree

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

Substantial product and manufacturing process knowledge, APQP, PPAP, XFMEA, MSA, SPC, ISO TS 16949Problem Solving Methods (8D, Fishbone, 5Why, 6Sigma/Shainin, ...)Customer RequirementsModeration and communication/negotiation skills.Ability to build relationships across different regions (intercultural abilities).High level of intellectual curiosity and open-mindedness  1to access and solve problems.Ability to use inductive and deductive reasoning 2/methods.1-2 Years of Experience in the Manufacturing Quality field or equivalent
