Vous aurez en charge le support client en lien avec nos produits (formations, conseils, réparations, améliorations…). Vous êtes l’interface technique de proximité pour nos clients.
Vous êtes également en charge de participer à la création de nouveaux outillages.

Activités significatives:

Essential Functions:Working within the European Sales team, this role is a hands on, customer facing role, providing technical fields support, specifically in relation to the installation tooling, and correct installation methods, of our wide range of technical fastening solutions.
Specific Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair installation tooling and Powerig issues for customers and field System Engineers Visit customers to give field support for specific regions / customers in effective use of and repair of installation tooling. Write customer visit reports. Recommend optimum tooling systems for new applications. Develop tooling designs to improve cost and / or performance benefits to customers. Deliver technical presentations, practical demonstrations and test installations to introduce and promote existing and new installation tooling. Recommend and assist the Product Manager with tooling stock levels and spares stock levels. Comply with company EHS policies at all times, include when offsite. Effectively manage customer feedback on tooling offering internally to improve system offering to market Both national and international travel, as requested, in line with customer requirements.Company Responsibilities
