Vous contribuerez au maintien et à l’amélioration de nos standards élevés en matière de conception, de spécifications techniques et de performance produit, tout au long du cycle de vie de nos dispositifs. **_What You Will Do:_** + As a member of the Global Product Engineering team you will gain in depth knowledge about Stryker’s Trauma & Extremities portfolio. You will learn how Joint Replacement Implants, Bone Plates & Screws, Surgical Instruments and many other products improve people’s life. + Together we are responsible for over 50'000 articles. We count on you to maintain and improve our high standard in design specification and performance. + You oversee the continuous improvement projects for existing products in our group, create and manage project plans, assign and follow up on work packages. You participate in and at times lead cross functional teams to perform design related Non-Conformities(NC), Corrective- and Preventive-Actions(CAPA). + In your field of responsibility, you will make sure that design requirements are met as well as apply the design change process and identify technical solutions in this context. + Your role will include frequent contact with other teams such as the international Regulatory Affairs, Tech. Publications, Design Quality or Marketing to address design related questions for international registrations and creations of technical files required for the implementation of EU-MDR requirements. **_What You Will Need:_** + **Formation** : Diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent en R&D ou qualité. Vous avez idéalement acquis de l’expérience dans le développement, le suivi ou la maintenance de produits. + **Expérience** : 2 ans dans l’industrie des dispositifs médicaux, ainsi qu’une bonne connaissance des réglementations en vigueur et des exigences de conception. + Au-delà de solides compétences en gestion de projet, vous avez développé une compréhension technique approfondie et êtes à l’aise avec les spécifications de conception et les plans techniques. + Vous vous distinguez par votre esprit analytique, votre méthode de travail rigoureuse et proactive, ainsi que par votre sens des responsabilités, votre persévérance, vos capacités avancées de résolution de problèmes et votre aisance relationnelle. **Un niveau courant d'anglais est requis.** **_Who We Want:_** + **Self-directed Initiators** .
