Implement and manage part of the EHS system as defined with the EHS Manager Coordinate the EHS prevention program Support operational managers in deploying the EHS management system Contribute to the development of EHS communications Monitor EHS practices in collaboration with SPA (Safety Prevention Advisors) Conduct internal Group audit tests within the required timeframe Lead EHS-related projects Update assessments of occupational, chemical, and environmental risks Prepare and analyze accident and/or incident reports Follow up on action plans resulting from incident analyses Prepare and complete internal Group and Site reporting Draft written communications for relevant authorities Maintain and update EHS-specific software Assist operational teams with EHS-related issues Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and contribute to regulatory monitoring Train and ensure employees are trained in EHS rules Conduct field audits to verify compliance with EHS standards Hold follow-up meetings with SPA regarding activities Guide employees in the proper use of Human Performance tools on site Share and implement best practices with counterparts at other sites Qualifications Comply with Safety and Quality rules Follow procedures, work standards, and norms Apply regulations related to safety, health, and environment Ensure monitoring of regulatory changes Collaborate with other departments within the company May serve as SPA or SPA counterpart Required Skills Knowledge In-depth expertise in one or more areas of Health, Safety, and Environment Proficiency in English Solid understanding of internal processes Know-How Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to analyze and solve problems Capable of analyzing and synthesizing data Skilled in formal written communication Strong cross-functional management abilities Interpersonal Skills Rigorous, methodical, and well-organized Autonomous and proactive Pedagogical approach Team-oriented Demonstrates leadership Strong interpersonal skills
