Rattaché(e) au Directeur des Clients Stratégiques, votre priorité sera d’assurer le pilotage de la performance chantier, le respect des engagements contractuels et la satisfaction durable de clients nationaux et stratégiques, notamment sur les segments Hôtellerie, Santé et Facility Management. Poste basé au Siège Social (IDF – 92). Déplacements réguliers en région à prévoir. **Au cours d’une journée type, vous devrez :** + Piloter les indicateurs de performance chantier des contrats clients stratégiques + Définir et déployer les plans d’actions opérationnels visant à garantir la satisfaction client + Assurer le bon déploiement des contrats nationaux par les équipes opérationnelles en régions + Accompagner, animer et former les équipes terrain aux exigences et standards des clients stratégiques + Participer aux comités de pilotage clients et aux soutenances + Travailler en trinôme avec un Responsable National de Comptes Stratégiques et une coordinatrice Back Office + Collaborer étroitement avec les Field Managers, équipes techniques, équipes supports, achats et sites industriels + Contribuer à des projets de transformation visant à améliorer la performance et le service perçu + Construire et exploiter des outils de pilotage et de reporting (Excel, Power BI) **Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :** + Être diplômé(e) ingénieur ou disposer d’une expérience significative en environnement chantier / service / opérations + Justifier d’une expérience reconnue dans une activité en lien avec le chantier + Faire preuve d’une forte intelligence relationnelle et d’un excellent sens du service client + Disposer de solides compétences en management transverse et en animation de parties prenantes + Bénéficier d'une appétence forte pour les sujets techniques et opérationnels + Être à l’aise avec les outils bureautiques, en particulier Excel (Power BI apprécié) + Accepter de voyager régulièrement pour être au contact des équipes terrain et des clients **Quels sont les avantages ?** Vous vous engagez avec le leader mondial du marché de l’ascenseur, dans un environnement où la sécurité, la qualité et l’éthique sont au cœur de nos priorités.
