Job Summary: About the Role & Program: As part of Real Estate Operation’s Infrastructure Services team, you will have the opportunity to help sustain and enhance the workplaces that shape the Cast Member experience through the operation and maintenance of owned and leased properties in the Los Angeles area. You’ll develop your skills through hands-on experience as you help the team provide high-quality workmanship in crafts including HVAC, electrical, painting, labor, and carpentry with an emphasis on customer service, partnership, and communication.Additionally, the team is responsible for building and asset performance – as well as utility and energy management – to ensure sustainment. Projects are designed for sustainable advantage through energy conservation.This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Burbank/Glendale/Los Angeles, CA areas from January 2026 – June 2026.What You Will Do:The Infrastructure Services Intern will support Operations Managers and Facility Engineers in day-to-day operational tasks, problem-solving, high-level analysis, and project execution. Responsibilities could include:Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of projectsField data collection and testing, evaluation and development of technical solutions for MEP systemsCollaboration with fellow engineers, technicians, managers, sub-contractors and crafts personnelCondition assessment and preparation of single lines for electrical and HVACSupporting the making of databases for proper CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) programsRequired Qualifications & Skills: Possesses strong collaboration, leadership, technical and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skillsUpbeat self-starter who is able to take initiative and balance multiple tasks and prioritiesWorking knowledge of AutoCAD - able to read schematic and construction drawingsPreferred Qualifications: Strong project management skillsPrevious experience in facility managementExperience working with electrical/HVAC system design and/or constructionEducation:Junior or Senior preferredMajor or previous coursework in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or a closely related field Eligibility Requirements & Program Information: Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney InternshipBe at least 18 years of agePossess unrestricted work authorizationHave not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program Additional Information:Candidate must be fully available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.This internship is an on-site position, but also requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace for the days you may work from home.Able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation for the duration of the internship programWe highly encourage applicants to print a copy of this job description so they can refer to it in the event they are selected to move forward in the interview process. The pay rate for this role in California is $30.00 per hour.
